The qualification of high-tech enterprises shall take effect from the date of issuance of the certificate, and shall be valid for three years. That is to say, the validity period determined by high-tech enterprises is three years! After the validity period, enterprises need to re-determine the high-tech enterprises. The guidelines for the determination of high-tech enterprises clearly stipulate that enterprises should propose re-determination within three months before the expiration of the high-tech enterprise qualification. If they do not apply or determine that they are unqualified, their high-tech enterprise qualification will automatically expire after the expiration.
